Refund Policy

Web design and development effort — discovery, planning, design, configuration, domain/hosting provisioning — begins immediately after you confirm a project and pay the advance. For this reason, advances are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Final terms may depend on the agreed proposal/invoice, which states your specific milestones and payment schedule.

If a project is cancelled before design work begins and no domain/hosting has been provisioned, we may refund the advance minus payment processing and administrative costs.

Once design, development or third-party provisioning has begun, payments made are adjusted against effort and costs already incurred. Third-party charges (domain registration, hosting, licences, gateway fees) are non-refundable once paid to the provider.

Most concerns are resolved through revisions within the agreed scope. If deliverables materially differ from the written proposal, tell us promptly and we will correct them in good faith before discussing any commercial adjustment.
